What is it?
4:12 is a Christian group aimed at providing a safe and caring environment where teens can have fun and learn about God. We play games, go on group outings, attend retreats and participate in service activities. We devote some time each week to a Bible lesson or Bible life application.
What we do?
We like to switch up our content! Some weeks we will participate in sports nights and others will be focused on volunteering in the community. Regardless of the activity you are sure to find a welcoming community focused on living out our relationship with Jesus. Specific activities are coordinated in advance for each Wednesday and a calendar is produced usually every 2 to 3 months. Let us know you’re interested and we can send you one.
Where do we meet and when?
We meet on Fridays at 7:00 till around 9:00 at the church, 5750 King Rd in Nobleton. Occasionally our plans require an earlier start or later finish and we plan for these in advance (all youth group members and parents are notified by email). There are no costs to be a part of youth group although special events may have a per person charge. We meet most weeks from September to mid-June with a short break over Christmas.
What ages and who can come?
The youth group focuses on grades 7 to 12, you are encouraged to bring a friend. 4:12 kids attend schools in Nobleton, Schomberg, King City, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Bolton, and Caledon. Everyone is welcome – many participants do not attend St. Paul’s on Sundays.
What’s required to join?
We have a registration form available at the church or online for new participants with basic information about parents/guardians, allergies, and any other special requirements. Waivers need to be signed when travelling away from the church.
